We apply proprietary scoring and analysis to this data. ClearPath does not accept referral fees, placement commissions, or payments of any kind from the facilities included in our reports. Our analysis is independent.

Data Retention

We retain your order information (name, email, search criteria, and report content) for a period of two years to support any follow-up questions and to fulfill monitoring subscriptions. Payment transaction records are retained as required by applicable law and Stripe's policies.
