These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClearPath Senior Guide website and research services ("Services"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
ClearPath Senior Guide provides independent research reports on senior care facilities. Reports are generated using publicly available federal data published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), including inspection records, staffing information, deficiency citations, and quality measure ratings. ClearPath applies proprietary scoring and analysis to produce ranked, plain-language summaries tailored to your search criteria.
Reports are delivered by email, typically within a few minutes of payment confirmation. The number of facilities included in your report depends on the service tier purchased:

The Complete Package includes a monthly monitoring subscription billed at $49 per month following your initial purchase. Monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting contact@clearpathseniorguide.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued.
Standalone monitoring subscriptions may also be added to any previous report purchase at $49 per facility per month.
ClearPath Senior Guide operates entirely independently. We do not accept referral fees, placement commissions, advertising revenue, or payments of any kind from senior care facilities, facility operators, or placement networks. Our rankings and scores are based solely on federal data and our scoring methodology.
ClearPath is a research tool, not a placement service. We do not negotiate on your behalf, arrange facility tours, or act as your agent in any transaction with a facility.
Information about VA Aid and Attendance benefits included in reports is provided for general awareness purposes only and does not constitute financial or benefits counseling.
ClearPath reports are based on data published by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This data is updated monthly. ClearPath makes reasonable efforts to use current data but cannot guarantee that facility information reflects conditions at any specific moment in time.
Facility ratings, inspection histories, and staffing data may change. A facility's ClearPath Score reflects its standing at the time of your report's generation. ClearPath is not responsible for changes in facility quality or status that occur after your report is delivered.
ClearPath does not verify, audit, or independently inspect any facility. All data originates from publicly available federal sources.
Reports are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating senior care options for yourself or a family member. You may share your report with family members, physicians, or advisors involved in the care decision.
You may not reproduce, resell, republish, or redistribute ClearPath reports in whole or in part without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClearPath Senior Guide's liability for any claim arising from use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. ClearPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
ClearPath makes no warranty, express or implied, that the information in a report will lead to any particular outcome in your care search.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
